Inspections
Challenger annual inspections, planned around your trips.
Owners usually call it the "Challenger annual inspection." In practice, Challengers are maintained to Bombardier's maintenance program, which schedules tasks by flight hours, cycles and calendar time. The annual is the set of calendar items that come due every 12 months, and we combine it with any hourly or cycle tasks coming due so your aircraft is down once instead of twice.
Send us your tracking report and we'll tell you exactly what's due, bundle what makes sense, and quote the inspection as a flat fee up front. We photograph the aircraft throughout, and every discrepancy comes to you with photos and a labor and parts estimate before any repair begins.

24/7 Challenger AOG support
Challenger on the ground? Call us first.
A person answers, any hour. Our mobile team responds at FLL, BCT, VRB, FXE, Opa-locka (OPF), Palm Beach (PBI) and airports from Miami to Port St. Lucie.
How much does a Challenger annual inspection cost?
At 305 SKY, Challenger annual and phase inspections are a flat fee quoted up front for your specific aircraft. Any discrepancies found are presented with photos and labor and parts estimates, and nothing is repaired until you approve it.
How long does a Challenger 350 annual take?
Downtime depends on what else is coming due and what we find, so 305 SKY puts a planned downtime in writing with every quote. Bundling calendar and hourly tasks and ordering likely parts early are how we keep that window short.
Who signs off a Challenger annual inspection?
Annual inspections at 305 SKY are signed off by our FAA-certificated A&P mechanic holding Inspection Authorization (IA), and you receive completed logbook entries and an itemized invoice.
