Inspections

Phase or annual: chosen around how you fly.

King Air owners choose between phase inspections, which split the work into shorter visits at set hour intervals and suit aircraft that fly a lot, and an annual inspection, which does everything once a year and suits lower-hour aircraft. We'll look at your hours and mission and recommend one.

Either way, the inspection is a flat fee quoted up front, annuals are signed off by our IA, and we photograph the aircraft throughout. Every discrepancy comes to you with photos and a labor and parts estimate before any repair begins.

Yes. 305 SKY performs King Air phase and annual inspections at our Vero Beach Regional (VRB) hangar, as well as at Boca Raton (BCT) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL).

Who signs off a King Air annual inspection?

Annual inspections at 305 SKY are signed off by our FAA-certificated A&P mechanic holding Inspection Authorization (IA).
